Jim, I didn't realize how closely you were watching me last Sunday. :-)} However, you didn't mention my up-down-up-down on 10 (the "hole from hell" that you parred). Cheers! Dave PS - For those who weren't there... The tenth at Hershey Parkview (South Course) is probably the hardest par in Pennsylvania. Leaving aside the terrifyingly scenic tee shot and the long uphill fairway, the flag was on a STEEP slope on the green's "false front". Almost unfair; would have been absolutely unfair if the greens were any faster. But a ball hit uphill didn't roll all the way back -- it did stop. "Up-down-up-down" meant: - Pitch from 30 yards stopped 20 feet from the pin. - Sidehill 20-foot putt broke 15 feet. Missed cup by 2 inches (high side, thank you), while picking up speed. Finished 10 feet off the green. - At least I'm below the hole, for a makeable up-and-down. And Jim DID par, leaving his approach inside where my first putt finished. Only time I've seen that hole parred.
